Single Parents are an unrecognised minority group, and consequently we need to fight for our own equal opportunities. As a corporate member you support us in removing barriers to work, homes and finance, you demonstrate Corporate Responsibility in understanding the cost to the economy when single parents are pushed into low skilled and low paid part-time work, and you will have a support structure in place for your current employees should they become a single parent in your employment. We help to reduce stress, signpost to support, and reduce employee sickness due to mental health crisis.
