We are delighted to announce that the Headline Sponsor for the 2022 SMBN Awards is the Charity Learning Consortium.
The Charity Learning Consortium started back in 2003 when eLearning wasn’t widely available to charities, it was just too expensive. CEO Martin Baker knew charities needed to train their staff and volunteers while keeping their costs down. Hence he created the Charity Learning Consortium, bringing six founding members together to mutually fund and share resources.
Jump to the present and they have industry leading, bespoke learning management system (LMS), professional courseware and a community of L&D professionals sharing knowledge – all at a realistic price.
The Charity Learning Consortium now has more than 250 members, with their own annual conference and awards, and not only have they created something incredible for charities, they have a fantastic internal work culture and team too; not only do they support employees to work flexibly around childcare, they are actively supporting the Single Mums Business Network too. The CEO Martin Baker really understands the impact of helping others, from affordable eLearning to flexible working, he has truly created a company to be proud of.
Thank you CLC, from the bottom of our hearts at the SMBN
